Her background as a former sales executive turned entrepreneur, Kathleen’s insider knowledge on ROI driven sales strategy and scrappy determination - transformed niche products into mainstream success. Kathleen sparked the birth of Brilliant when she took a hands‑free pumping bra from cult favorite to acquisition by Medela, sparking the birth of Brilliant itself. 

Her Brilliant client roster includes working with brands like Conair, Amazon Ring, Nuna, Wonderfold, NEX Playground, Hape, Highlights, Lansinoh, Dreame, GoodCook, Hydralyte, National Geographic, Sky Organics, Kindred Bravely, Ravensburger, Casabella, Splat, among many others. Brilliant has been awarded PRNEWS awards finalist, recognized for excellence in public relations campaigns and execution and PRSA Silver Anvil Honors highlighting campaign impact and creativity. Outside of agency life, Kathleen enjoys historical fiction, pickleball, Orangetheory workouts, travel, and quality time with her husband and twins.

Julie brings over 20+ years of integrated marketing experience stemming from both in-house and agency work.  She built the foundation for her career with 9 years at LEGO working on the PR and marketing team and continued the journey to Panasonic focusing on everything from solar panels to police cameras to top secret robots before landing at Brilliant.

Julie’s super power is putting the pieces together and helping brands spin their story.  She brings a unique perspective to every project—equal parts strategic, creative, and “wait, why don’t we try this?”

With her career starting in the toy industry, Julie remains a kid at heart, which makes integrated marketing the perfect career choice.  The constant changes in the industry means she never has to decide what she truly wants to do when she grows up and every day is new.

Julie lives in NJ with her husband Matt, her son Max and their dogs Bagel and Phoebe.  

Alexa Vogue is a powerhouse in the world of influencer marketing, bringing energy, vision, and over a decade of expertise to her dual role as Senior Vice President of Brand Partnerships at Brilliant and FamFluence Talent Management—Brilliant’s sister agency representing the top family-focused creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Outside the boardroom (and back-to-back zoom calls), Alexa can be found enjoying life in sunny Arizona with her husband, daughter, and twin boys—her greatest adventure yet.

Dan offers 16+ years of experience within social and influencer marketing , spanning a variety of categories, brands, and agencies. Former positions include VP of Influencer Marketing at Ogilvy and VP of Influencer Marketing at Gallery Media Group.

He has put his experience to work for a variety of clients including LG Home Appliances, Philips Kitchen, Macy's, Listerine, Samsung, Tyson, IHG, Ray-Ban, Norelco, Tinder, ASOS, Zippo, Kroger Sonicare, and many others.

Several of Dan’s influencer campaigns have been nominated and become finalists for a variety of awards, including four finalists titles at the Global Influencer Marketing Awards.

She has overseen national and global initiatives across lifestyle, CPG, food and beverage, QSR, wellness, parenting, and hospitality sectors, leading cross-functional teams and mentoring the next generation of PR talent.  Her consistent successes demonstrate her ability to deliver award-winning work and build strong, long-term client relationships.

Known for her sharp media instincts, collaborative leadership, and dedication to brand storytelling, Katie continues to help shape the future of consumer PR.  She’s passionate about building strong client partnerships, developing emerging talent, and delivering measurable impact through creative, insight-driven PR.

Lisa Vetrone is an accomplished digital strategist and creative leader with a track record of building and scaling high-performing social media programs for top-tier brands.

Lisa’s work includes digital creative direction and social strategy for celebrity-founded brands like SelvaRey Rum (Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak), Villa One Tequila (Nick Jonas), and Taffer’s Browned Butter Bourbon, as well as Martha Stewart CBD and launching Below 60º, a skincare brand from Hilary Duff.

She’s also led social and influencer campaigns for household names like Domino Foods, National Geographic, Disney Junior, J. Lohr Vineyards, La Crema, Caymus and the Wagner Family of Wines.

With a background in media studies (The New School, NYU) and a postgraduate certification in creative direction from Miami Ad School, Lisa brings a sharp editorial eye, strategic clarity, and a passion for helping brands show up with purpose and creativity in a crowded digital world.
